  • Assessment Processing: Cognitive and work style data processed during assessments are handled strictly on behalf of the responsible organization (the Data Controller) under rigid security safeguards.

  • Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the specified purposes. Users may request data deletion at any time.
  • Third-Party Disclosures: We do not sell your personal data. Third-party processors (such as EU hosting and email delivery services) are engaged strictly under formal Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and operate solely on our instructions.
